BACKGROUND
Audiocom, Inc. was founded in September 1981, and is the world's first On Hold Messaging Company. Audiocom's Reseller Program provides Interconnects, Telecommunications Companies and other businesses in the Telecommunications Industry with quality on hold message programming for distribution to business, government and other organizations.
Audiocom benefits from 23 years of experience that has developed since introducing its innovative "Promotions on Hold" service in 1981. After very successful years of selling its services through an in-house sales organization and a handful of independent companies, Audiocom's marketing strategy is now committed to a nationwide Reseller Program. Audiocom Resellers will participate in a program complete with marketing support, technical support and a service organization consisting of three state-of-the art recording studios, experienced copywriters and production engineers, over 20 professional voice talents and access to hundreds of fully licensed music selections.
IMPLEMENTATION
Audiocom is designed to stimulate additional revenue for Resellers without the start-up costs normally associated with adding a new product. In addition, except for the installation of the on hold equipment, Audiocom services are supported by the staff of Audiocom. The on hold productions are neatly packaged for a clear and simple sales presentation. One-time annual fees are collected upon invoice, eliminating any other billing or paperwork requirements. Annual renewals are commonplace in the Message on Hold Industry.

JOKEPAK
Callers are entertained and amused, instead of bored and upset while they wait on hold. Each JokePak consists of (6) productions with hilarious comedy routines from America's most popular comedians. All productions come with pre-licensed music and generic professionally voiced "please hold" courtesy messages. The productions are provided to the client in two shipments of three-productions each.

HOLDPAK
Audiocom's HoldPak lets callers know that their business and patience while on hold is appreciated. Each HoldPak consists of (6) generic productions containing pleasant "thank you for waiting, we appreciate your patience" courtesy messages, professionally voiced and mixed with pre-licensed music. All six productions are shipped to the client at one time.

MUSICPAK
A MusicPak from Audiocom helps keep callers on hold by providing a pleasant diversion from "dead air", and also prevents the legal problems of using a radio on hold. Each MusicPak consists of (6) music productions in a variety of user-selected music formats (genre) including light jazz, upbeat contemporary, holiday, classical and many others. All six productions are shipped to the client at one time.
